Armed robbery suspects flee on foot
Officers with the Warner Robins Police Department were dispatched to the Family Dollar located at 2030 Watson Blvd. at 9:57 a.m. Sunday in reference to an armed robbery. When officers arrived, it was reported that two black males dressed in dark clothing with face coverings entered the business armed and demanded money. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken, and the two suspects fled the area on foot.
There was one employee in the store and no customers. No one was physically injured. The Criminal Investigation Division and Forensics were on scene investigating.
