Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Crisp and Worth County, make arrest for double homicide in Warner Robins

The search for the suspect led authorities to Worth County, the sheriff’s office says.

WARNER ROBINS —The Houston County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday the arrest of a man in another county for a double homicide that occurred over the weekend in Warner Robins.

On May 25 around 6:30 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Woodland Trail and discovered two deceased females identified as Re’Dashia Boston, 29, and Virginia Boston, 49. Deputies determined their deaths to be homicides, according to a release.

Rashad Williams, 29, of Cordele, became a person of interest during the investigation. The Crisp County Sheriff’s Office joined the search for Williams at 7:30 a.m., followed by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office at 3 p.m.

Williams was arrested without incident at approximately 4 p.m. at a vacant farmhouse located in Warwick, Worth County. He faces two counts of murder and has been taken to the Houston County Detention Center; The sheriff’s office anticipates further charges as the investigation progresses.
