Man robbed at gunpoint outside Moody Road apartments, police say

The victim was uninjured, but had over $300 worth of property stolen.

WARNER ROBINS — A man was robbed at gunpoint and shots were fired near an apartment complex in Warner Robins early Thursday morning, according to an incident report from the Warner Robins Police Department.

On Nov. 14,  around 12:30 a.m., officers responded to the Timber Ridge Apartments on Moody Road. The victim said he was approached outside by two suspects who held him at gunpoint and took personal items.

The report stated the victim’s wallet and a financial document was stolen, with a total value of around $310.; the victim was not injured. Officers helped the victim cancel his bank card and gave advice for securing other accounts.

A witness said they heard gunshots and reported people fleeing the scene. Officers recovered three shell casings from the scene.
