Northside wrestling to host car show at the MAC
The Northside Eagles wrestling program is calling all car fanatics to the MAC on Saturday, July 13.
The Northside Eagles wrestling program is calling all car fanatics to the MAC on Saturday, July 13.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Eagles will host a car show fundraiser to help the boys and girls programs as they enter the next school year.
In addition to the car show, which has seven trophy categories that will be awarded, there will be food trucks and other entertainment free to spectators.
It costs $20 to enter your car into the contest with the chance to win one of these categories: Old school, new school, jeep, truck, rims, team custom and muscle. To vote for these it will cost $5 per vote.
There is also a people’s choice category that costs $1 per vote.
Half of the proceeds will go to the wrestling program, with 25%, 15% and 10% of the pot going to the first, second and third place winners respectively.
In the event of rain, the event will be moved to Sunday, July 14.
