Gunfire on Alma Ave. leads to one in hospital

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A 27-year-old man is in stable condition after being shot in the chest.

At around 3 p.m. Tuesday, the Warner Robins Police Department was notified of a gunshot wound victim that was en route to Houston Healthcare by means of personal car.

The victim advised the Warner Robins Police Department that he and the suspect exchanged gunfire at the 1300 block of Alma Avenue Tuesday afternoon. The victim and suspect know each other.

The victim was transferred to Atrium Health Navicent for further treatment. The suspect is still at large.

The Warner Robins Police Department is currently in preliminary investigations relating to this incident. Anyone with
