WARNER ROBINS –

Betty Jean McCommon Wright, 73, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 1, 2017. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Interment will be in Perry Memorial Gardens immediately following the service. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wright was born in Perry and was a lifelong resident of Middle Georgia, having lived at times in Perry, Warner Robins, and Macon. She was a homemaker all of her life and truly had a servant’s heart. She loved her family and took care of everyone and anyone who needed care. A very happy and humble lady, she loved the simple life she lived, giving all she had to live each day to the fullest. She was preceded in death by a brother, Willie McCommon.

Left to cherish the memories of Betty are her loving and devoted husband of 38 years, Frank Wright; her son, Dale Swain of Perry; her daughter, Dana Swain Suiters (David) of New Port Richie, Florida; her granddaughter, Kristin Suiters; her brother, Norman McCommon, Jr.; her sisters, Reba Menard (Jean), Frances Jones, and Evelyne Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.

Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
