Trinity Custom Homes- Building your dream home

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

As Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz” would tap her ruby red slippers, she would say, “There’s no place like home.” But Trinity Customs Homes would say, “There’s no place like your own custom home.”

Trinity Custom Homes was started more than 15 years ago with the goal of creating the perfect home for each of its customers. The corporate office is located in Ellijay, and there are several offices located in Georgia along with offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama.

Three months ago the business opened a new location in Warner Robins located at 4993 Russell Parkway Suite 150. When customers walk into the new location in Warner Robins, sales assistant Jennifer Downs and sales manager Mike Gondek will greet them.

“Home is where you want to feel safe, secure and comfortable,” said Gondek. “Our goal is to create exactly what the customer wants in accomplishing those feelings. We have over 100 floor plans you can choose from, and we also will consult with you if you bring in your own floor plan.”

Gondek said the homes Trinity Custom Homes builds are 100 percent built with solid wood construction, which means no foam board, no pre-fab, and no modular parts. Trinity also offers a 2/10 limited warranty that covers all appliances, structural features and major systems, including electrical plumbing, AC and heat.

“We guarantee from the time we pour footers that we build the home within 150 days,” said Gondek. “Right now our average is 100 to 115 days. Another great option is we can modify plans during the process at no extra cost.”

Trinity Custom Homes is open Monday-Friday 9 p.m. to 6 and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Gondek said there is no need to set up an appointment, but the customer may do so if they like.

“Jennifer and I are here ready to help you get started in creating your dream home,” said Gondek. “Whether you would just like information or if you’re ready to start building come and see us.”
