Local realtor ranked No. 1 in Central Georgia, 73rd in U.S.

Blair Myers, a realtor with EXIT Success Realty in Warner Robins, according to a release, was recently named one of the top real estate agents in the United States in a nationwide survey conducted by the Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends.

Out of approximately 1 million real estate agents in the U.S., Blair Myers ranked No. 73 for units sold closing 233 homes in 2013. This is the fourth year in a row he has ranked in the top 250. No other Central Georgia agent has ever ranked in the Top Thousand list.

Blair Myers is also the No. 1 agent in the Central Georgia MLS for homes sold, a position he has held for five consecutive years, and No. 1 in the state of Georgia for units sold.

The survey was compiled by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, a company that provides information and analysis to the real estate industry. The final ranking appeared in REAL Trends eighth annual list of America’s top real estate professionals.
