Noon Optimist Club November Students of the Month
Each month during the school year, the Warner Robins Noon Optimist Club recognizes outstanding high school and Pearl Stephens Elementary School (PSES) students with its Student of the Month (SOM) honor.
Students of the Month for November 2013 were awarded certificates from the group by high school SOM Club Project Officer “Russ” Winge and by PSES Club Project Officer Charles Chapman at a club meeting on Nov. 14.
