Homecoming Weekend in Perry, Georgia

Senior Melissa Anagnost was crowned Homecoming Queen by Perry High’s 2012 queen, Christiana Ortiz. (bottom left) Avoly is a member of the one-act play cast, literary team, Key Club, Green Team, Foreign Language Club, and Tri-Hi-Y Club. She is also a member of the varsity cross country and track teams and has been the class representative for the Homecoming Court for four years. A member of Perry United Methodist Church, Avoly is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Pinckney III. (bottom right) Melissa is the daughter of James and Cheryl Anagnost. She is an active member of Prayer Club, Beta Club, Colorguard, Fellow Christian Athletes, and is also a member of the Symphonic Band. After graduation, Melissa plans on attending Kennesaw State University where she will major in nursing. She hopes to pursue a career as a pediatric nurse.
