Russell Elementary principal kisses cow
During a CRCT pep rally she kissed a Chick-fil-A cow and promised to kiss a real cow if their CRCT scores increased over last year. Specifically she challenged the school to achieve an overall two percent increase for all five subjects combined.
The students took her up on the challenge. Russell Elementary had a seven percent increase in overall scores.
So Hall made good on her promise. Veterans High School FFA students Levi Davis and Tanner Branham brought a cow to Russell for the event.
Hall said, “The kids loved it! It was a blast and a great way to kick off our field day today!”
