PHS’ Class of ’55 holds reunion

The Perry High School Class of 1958 held its 55th class reunion on May 4. Twenty-three of the 50 classmates showed up at Ochlahatchee Clubhouse on a rainy Saturday afternoon to rejoice being together and dine on fried catfish and shrimp. Classmates also contributed more than $400 to the James E. Worrall Foundation. Calvin Bartlett in the middle of Mary Faye Thompson, Gloria Smith Mauldin, Betty Batchelor Nelson Wendell Ratterree and Joan Roper Couch on the sofa. Standing are Neil Griffin, Vivian Thomson Long, Gail Byrd Baase, Ed Stokes, Wendell Ratterree, Richard Barry, Thomas Arnold, Jerry Willis, Stewart Bloodworth, Pat Emmett Mayo, Eddie Livingston, Frances Corn Thames, Terry Griffin, Helen Head Gimzek, Charles Lewis, Charles Harrison, Carlton Hicks and Conrad Boterweg.
