WRPD makes arrests in relation to alleged entering auto incident
The
Warner Robins Police Department arrested two teens in connection with an
alleged entering auto incident.
According
to the release, officers received information on a white Grand Marquis and a
suspicious person on the 100-block of Willis Creek Drive. Before officers
arrived, the person and the vehicle were gone.
The
car, states the release, was found at the 200-block of Self Street along with
Shaviss Sherroid Head, 19 of Warner Robins. The release said multiple items
that were reported stolen from other entering auto incidents were recovered
from the vehicle.
Head
was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
The investigation
led to an additional arrest of a 14-year-old from Warner Robins, who is charged
with two counts of entering auto and two counts of theft by receiving stolen
property.
was taken to the Houston County jail, where he later bonded out. The 14-year-old
was taken to the Houston County Juvenile Division.
The
police are still investigating, and more arrests are expected.
