WR woman caught with crystal meth
A Warner Robins woman was arrested Monday for the possession
of methamphetamine after Perry Police pulled her over for speeding.
Amy Hoffman, 43, was arrested after police pulled her over
for speeding. While at her car window, officers reported noticing a small bag
containing a crystal substance in plain view on the passenger seat.
According to Perry Police Capt. Heath Dykes, after searching
the vehicle police determined the substance was crystal meth. They also found
digital scales, a glass smoking pipe, marijuana, and schedule two prescription
drugs not in their original container.
Hoffman was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine,
possession of marijuana less than an ounce, speeding, drugs not kept in
original container, driving on a suspended license and intent to distribute
schedule I-II drugs.
