Woman arrested after allegedly beating two-year old child to death

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. – A woman was taken into custody Friday, Nov. 3 for the murder of a child back in 2020.

Kianna Davis, 32, was arrested for her involvement in the death of a two-year old child in November 2020. According to an indictment provided by the District Attorney’s office, Davis allegedly beat the child to the death with an object unknown to the Grand Jury.

She was charged with seven counts including Felony Murder, Cruelty to Children in the First Degree, Aggravated Assault, Murder in the Second Degree and Cruelty to Children in the Second Degree.

Davis was taken into custody without incident by the Warner Robins Police Department, United States Marshal Service Regional Fugitive Task Force, the District Attorney’s Office and the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

The case was investigated by the Warner Robins Police Department, Houston County Sheriff’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office.

Davis was indicted by the Houston County Grand Jury on Oct. 17 after thorough investigation. According to District Attorney William Kendall, she will remain in custody pending a bond hearing before a Superior Court Judge.
