RFCU Manager and Employees of the Quarter

Each quarter, Robins Federal Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on work performance and written recommendations from their peers.

The winners chosen for the first quarter of 2013 are as follows:

Leigh Ann Lusk, Mulberry branch – Lusk is the manager of Robins Federal’s Mulberry branch. She has been employed by Robins Federal Credit Union for three years, and was the Forsyth branch manager before moving to the Mulberry branch in November 2011.

Monica Salter, Indirect Lending Department – Salter is the Indirect Lending underwriter for Robins Federal Credit Union. She has been in her current position for four years and before this worked at the Chantilly branch as a teller and Robins Direct as a service agent.

Jessica King, Watson branch – King is the teller supervisor at Robins Federal Credit Union’s Watson branch. She started four years ago at Robins Federal Credit Union and has held positions in Robins Direct and as a member service representative.
