Mossy Creek’s Williams first at FBLA Nationals

Mossy Creek Middle School eighth-grader Hope Williams won first place at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) National Leadership Conference in Middle Level Open Events for FBLA Facts. Hope traveled to Anaheim, Calif., with her advisor, Robin Fobbus, June 26 through July 1.

Hope was one of only four Middle Level competitors recognized at the National Conference for her first place award. While at the conference, she also participated in leadership training and enjoyed touring Hollywood, Santa Monica and Disneyland parks.

Hope qualified for nationals by placing second in Public Speaking at the middle level state conference.
