Chamber honors Iberia Bank’s Sopha as outstanding employee for June

The Robins Regional Chamber’s Business of the Month Committee presented Helen Sopha, Jr. Loan Processor & Receptionist for Iberia Bank Mortgage with the Outstanding Employee Award for June 2013. The award presentation is sponsored by Spherion Staffing Services of Middle Georgia.

“Helen is one of the most loyal employees in our office,” said Debbie Jernigan, VP Mortgage Manager. “She is a very dependable, talented and committed employee.”

Jernigan says that customers constantly comment on Helen’s pleasant attitude and friendliness. “She is always willing to help wherever needed,” continued Jernigan. “Multi-tasking is one of her strongest assets.”

Helen greets customers when they first arrive in addition to ordering supplies, setting up loan files and making sure the bills are paid. “She puts everyone at ease,” said Jernigan. “She handles all of this in a cheerful manner.  Helen is definitely an outstanding employee.”
