Spear makes a difference at MidSouth
MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union recently recognized Russell branch member service officer, Julianne Spear, for outstanding member service excellence. Spear was recognized for outstanding service delivery when she ensured a subpoena request was complete and delivered in a timely manner with little notice. Julianne was also recognized for assisting the Call Center by logging into the phone system to take member calls, and for delivering complete and thorough loan packages to the Loan Review Committee to promote excellent member service. MidSouth employees are encouraged to nominate co-workers for ‘’above and beyond’’ service delivery.
