Perry Junior League’s 8 & under division wins at WR National tune-up

Finishing in the rain Sunday afternoon, the 8 and under
coach pitch Perry Junior League All Star team won the Warner Robins National
Little League All-Star warm up tournament this weekend.
Perry beat Crawford County 18-5 and beat Warner Robins
National League 15-4 Saturday to be seeded No. 1 from pool A for the single
elimination tournament on Sunday.
In the semifinal game Sunday, Perry beat the Swainsboro
All-Stars 12-2 to move on to the championship game.
Perry then met the Jones County All-Stars in the
championship game and won 10-3.
Players: Case Poole, Cooper Edwards, Grant Norris, Nolan
Nauss, William Smith, Hudson McGehee, Colby Dixon, Roland Chance, Zach Hanson,
Ben McDow, Rusty Mann, JoJo Hearst.
Coaches: head coach Amy Dixon, first base coach Clay Smith,
third base coach Eddie Norris, pitcher Ryan Nauss.
Perry will now move on to the District Tournament in two
weeks to represent Perry.
