Each month during the school year, the Warner Robins Noon Optimist Club recognizes outstanding high school students with its Student of the Month (SOM) honor. High School Students of the Month for August 2013 were awarded certificates from the group by high school SOM Club Project Officer “Russ” Winge at a club meeting on Aug. 29.
